The researchers from all over the world have identified that students learn more quickly through CBL (Case base learning), it also provides students with more opportunities to use various informational materials and have greater interactions with the teachers.

Objective: The study objective is to assess the student’s perceptions regarding online teaching during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Methodology: Undergraduate students from two separate institutes participated in the current non-randomized study. The participants were asked to fill pre design questionnaire containing twelve questions. Data was collected from students related to online classes and CBT & CBL through questionnaire, having open ended question and close ended questions. Both the groups were aware from the purpose of the study. Group A has 12 students and group B has 15 students all the students volunteered to participate in the study.

Results: Our result suggests that most students were comfortable while studying through E-learning, but there were few students who faced issues during E-learning. One thing which is seen in every student is that they were in stress as it was their first time that they are studying through E-learning.

Conclusion: Change is required for medical education to improve; this should be a top concern for all of us.
