Necessity of Health Education

Abstract

Low literacy, poor research and absence of dissemination of information are the major barriers to maintain health. To promote health, enhancement of awareness is considered as one of the important strategies for effective planning, execution and availing positive reflection of healthcare initiatives. Health communiqué is a significant facet of preclusion of diseases and preferment of good health. Health education initiatives conducted by means of health campaigns, newsletters, journals and flyers proved to be very effective for enhancing awareness and resolving the health issues of the people. It is important to publish and disseminate the effects/impacts of health education efforts made in low-income countries, especially in Pakistan to further boost-up the learning process.
