Abstract

The ability to bounce back swiftly from setbacks is called resilience. The capacity to quickly recover from a crisis or deal with it mentally or emotionally is known as psychological resilience. Healthcare personnel including doctors, nurses, medical technologists, and other people related to health professionals need to enhance their resilience capacity from time to time. This can only be achieved by introducing resilience-promoting training programs.
