Abstract

The profession chosen to earn a living should also offer contentment and satisfaction to the worker to enhance their work quality and enrich their wellbeing. Although it is not the scenario, burnout, work, and emotional exhaustion are prevalent in several professional fields, especially in healthcare. Nurses and caregivers are the most affected individuals in the healthcare setup as they have to cater to many patients with severe illnesses and deaths. It is the organization's duty that they ensure the physical and psychological wellbeing of their workers and create a humanly work environment.
